Gracie has painted her father’s country near Paruku (Lake Gregory) and the community of Mulan. The four waterholes are part of her fathers Tjukurrpa (dreaming) and are very important for the country. Pankulpiti, Kgitji, Kgiliwa and Lira are all connected through running streams, as seen by the blue radiating lines. Surrounding the waterholes are an abundance of bush foods, flowers and seeds. Gracie has painted women around the waterholes, camping, fishing and participating in Women’s Law and Culture.
