Wendy has painted some of the snake dreaming story for Wangkatjungka, or Christmas Creek country, north west of Balgo. In the Tjukurrpa (Dreamtime) “the snake was looking for water and he went to two waterholes but there was nothing. Finally the third one had water so he could keep going on his trip.”
